From first login to a structured, source-grounded answer — the current end-to-end flow in 13 steps.

Register and complete basic onboarding
Create an account with email and password and add your company information — registration is better than demo mode.

Enter the personal account
Your central workspace holds chat, tenders, documents, saved tenders and profile, and each tender opens as its own tender-specific workspace.

Choose Ireland in the filters
Ireland is the strongest current end-to-end flow, with both tender discovery and eTenders document loading.

Review tender cards and choose an action
Every card offers three actions: Ask Tenderium, Save, or Open the official source.

Click Ask Tenderium to start working with a tender
The tender becomes your active workspace, its documents load into the panel, and chat answers in tender context rather than acting like a general AI chat.

Use tender documents and user response documents
Tender docs are imported from the source while "Your responses" holds your own uploads — drafts, certificates, declarations, insurance and method statements.

Ask for a structured preparation map
The assistant identifies the tender, recognises your profile, flags fit issues, extracts submission requirements and lists the documents you must return.

Start a focused preparation workflow
"Start working" moves the tender from review into an active preparation workflow.

Navigate between main account areas
The top navigation switches between Tenders, Chat, Documents and Profile.

Return to saved tenders and activity overview
The Tenders page doubles as your activity overview and future market and performance dashboard.

Smart Check on Irish tenders
Demo includes 3 Quick Checks; when they run out, request an invoice (€9 each / €20 for 3) to unlock Tender Guard, Tender Watch and Market Intel per tender.

Tender Notifications on dashboard
The Watched section tracks your active Smart Check tenders and shows "No changes since last check" until an update is detected.

Answers arrive as sectioned blocks with a Sources list referencing the exact pages they were grounded on.
What Tenderium is — and isn't
Tenderium is a decision-support and preparation tool. Quick Checks highlight tender risks, obligations and preparation steps, but they do not submit bids on behalf of users and should not be presented as legal advice.
